We have implemented a TQM(Total quality Management) system, and have got ISO9001 and ISO14000 certificate. The quality control breakdown is as following: Managing director responsible for overall management, then Sales manager, QC manager, Production Managers responsible for overall quality control, Section QC officers responsible for material, parts and processes. Our QC members have at least 5 years experience in the quality control, all of them have great sense of responsibility. We can met international quality standard like BIFMA, EN12520, BS4875. All the materials and parts came from our supplier must be full inspection, final random inspection before being to using. In the mainly processes, including cutting, stitching, nailing and packing, Our section QC officers do 100% inspection. We will do final random inspections before cargo delivery. Besides the in-house quality control, a third party like SGS or ITS, as appointed by customers carry out the final random inspections before cargo delivery.
